Mumbai: Twinkle Khanna, a well-known author and former actress, took to her social media platforms to extend warm birthday wishes to her niece, Naomika Saran.
In her post, Twinkle shared a lovely close-up of Naomika, expressing her affection with the message, 'Happy, happy birthday. Love you heaps and heaps and heaps,' accompanied by heart emojis and tagging Naomika.
In the shared image, Naomika is dressed in a white outfit, sporting minimal makeup, with her soft curls beautifully framing her face. For those unfamiliar, Naomika is the daughter of actress Rinkie Khanna and businessman Sameer Saran. Rinkie, who is Twinkle Khanna's younger sister, made her acting debut in Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi (1999) and has appeared in various films such as Jis Des Mein Ganga Rehta Hai alongside Govinda, Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai with Tushar Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, and Jhankaar Beats in 2003, where she received acclaim for her natural acting style.
After a brief but impactful career in the film industry, Rinkie decided to step back from acting following her marriage to Sameer Saran in 2003, who is based in London. Naomika, the granddaughter of legendary actors Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, has recently become a favorite among paparazzi for her elegant appearances. Reports indicate that she is preparing for her debut in a Hindi film, which is expected to feature Vedaang Raina as her co-star.
The film is currently in the early stages of development, and further details are anticipated. Meanwhile, Twinkle Khanna is actively hosting her celebrity talk show, “Too Much with Twinkle and Kajol,” where she engages in candid discussions with Bollywood personalities.
The show has garnered mixed reviews from both critics and viewers. The inaugural episode featured Bollywood icons Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, followed by Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the second episode, and the latest episode showcased the reunion of Hindi film stars Govinda and Chunky Pandey, reviving their on-screen camaraderie.
